Job specification
The candidate will assist the Partnerships team with a number of projects including:
• Benchmarking/Researching international trends and best practice in study abroad/student mobility
• Study Abroad Process Improvement Projects
o Module Directory update project
o Outreach to Schools and Admissions to improve process
o Website and brochure overhauls and updates
o Redesign and run Study Abroad Blogger Programme
o Work on Study Abroad Scholarship initiatives
• Programme Development o Assist with E3 Study Abroad Programme Development, work with E3 to develop programme marketing plan
• Study Abroad Programming Project Support o Assist with pre-departure, orientation, and arrival planning projects
• Supporting other projects that arise across the wider Partnerships Team as assigned by the Study Abroad Manager/Associate Director Partnerships.
Profile of candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
• Very strong attention to detail;
• Strong research skills;
• Ability to work on own initiative/problem solving skills;
• Good time management and organisational skills;
• Experience working with study abroad students. Education
• Hold a bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance Work Experience
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience;
• Experience in working with study abroad students, university partners and collaborating across university units will be a distinct advantage
